I have good logic questions. The Native Americans – In the West. The South Americans – In the West. The Miao – In the East. The Hmong – In the East. How did they all learn shamanism? There were no telephones or internet for one to learn from the other. Do you think at one point these people crossed paths? Why do Hmong people look like the Alaskan Natives? Why do you find same symbols used for the Hmong, Native Americans, and the people of South America? These are good logic questions to ask yourself.
I don’t think that they crossed paths at all. I think that they were all one people at one point in time. Just some of them continued on, migrating into other lands and the others stayed and made a life wherever they were at. And that is why you see both Hmong and Natives using the same symbols and have very similar traditions.
